CRABOLT

CRUSTANVIL & RUSTACEAN

The Chain-link Crab

This small crab embodies strength in numbers, linking up their claws to resemble an iron chain. They link up to stick together and form a chain to wrap around surfaces and predators. Similar to ghost crabs, Crabolt can "bolt" across the sand at very high speeds, even when linked together. Their body also resembles a bolt and when threatened they will bury themselves into the sand.
